Yoga Classes
Yoga is known to help with focus and concentration, as well as, strength, relaxation & flexibility. Our instructors present fun and beneficial yoga activities for boys and girls of all ages.
YogaBears is for children from 4 to 6 years of age. This 40 minute class offers poses scaled down for this age level. Our breathing exercises are kept simple and primarily looking for improvement in strength, relaxation, flexibility, body awareness, and fun.
Jr Yoga is for children from 7 to 14 years of age. This 55 minute class is an introductory yoga class for students to learn poses, breathing and enjoy the benefits of yoga.
